Mr Piotr Pat�aszy�ski and Ms Ma�gorzata Wro�ska from the Polish Cheerleading Sports Association (Pol: PZSC) were nominated the members of the Organisational Committee of the World University Championship Cheerleading. This is an important distinction for the newly-established sports association.

The first FISU World University Champioship Cheerleading will take place on 5th and 6th October 2018 in ��d�. The event is organised by FISU (International University Sports Federation) and its Polish member ? the Academic Sports Association of the ��d� University of Technology. 12 representations of universities from the countries such as: Australia, Russia, Greece, Korea and Canada will take part.

The Committee is already at work
On top of that, the Organisational Committee was appointed whose head will be the chancellor of the ��d� University of Technology - professor S�awomir Wiak. The works of the Committee will be supported by Ms Ma�gorzata Wro�ska who is accountable for sport-related matters while its honourable member will be Mr Piotr Pat�aszy�ski ? President of PZSC.

We promise that you will not suffer from the lack of sport emotion. The students will compete on top level in the following categories:

• freestyle pom (pair and team)
  
• jazz
  
• hip-hop
  
• team cheerleading (female and mixed teams).

As early as today, feel invited to ��d� to take part in this exciting spectacle and to cheer for the Polish team.
